Final hostilities takes place today in Wroclaw stadium in Poland when the two finalists in this year’s European third tier championship , the European Conference League between Real Betis and Chelsea takes place .

Chelsea likely to make history for themselves too , if they win the Conference League , this night , having won the UEFA Champions League , the Europa Cup as well as the Super Cup respectively , they will be the first European club to win the four UEFA Champions Cups .
They have appeared in 13 finals of the European Cups and won 8 out of the 12 previous outings .

Seen as the favourites to clinch the trophy this night in Poland , their qualifications to this stage was a roller coaster despite two set backs in their matches against Legia Warsaw as well as Sevette , but the Europa Conference League finals will be another true test of their football prowess in Warsaw .
Real Betis will hope to make an impression and do all they can to get rid of their opponents as they have not tested European Cup glory before , this might be the right time .
